Yves Risachèr had a significant personality at Savignyplatz, and his restaurant was well-known. At the beginning of 2008, the restaurant was handed over to a new owner. The chef remains the same but the kitchen has a new focus and an entirely new concept. The French cuisine still serves as the basis special focus is given to regional products and traditional recipes that are interpreted in a modern and creative way.
